Heart-Centered Behavior Consultant
Behavior Consultants work with adult clients and caregivers in their homes and in the greater Sonoma County community. Collaborating with exceptional and skilled colleagues, the Behavior Consultant develops and implements a behavior program supporting our clients with whatever behavior challenges they may face (physical aggression, property destruction, elopement, tantrums) or skills deficits they may have (communication skills, self-regulation skills, social skills, etc.).
Behavior Consultants manage a caseload of 8 - 12 clients, meeting with them regularly to support their growth and collaborating with others in their social environment to generalize skills taught. Other responsibilities include crafting and implementing clinical programs, semi-annual reporting for every client, tracking and analyzing behavior data, collaborating with team members, coaching parents and caregivers, and supporting Bridging Worlds activities and events.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field (Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work).
Excellent rapport and humanistic communication skills.
Solid administrative, writing, computer, and case management skills.
Alignment with our Vision, Mission and Values.
Any previous experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or behavior challenges is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
Compensation and Benefits
Behavior Consultant position pay starts at $30 – $35 per hour commensurate with experience ($25 – $30 during introductory training period).

Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant works directly with the Administrative Team in our Sebastopol office. Responsibilities include updating internal spreadsheets and other data entry, tracking employee credentials and training, payroll and billing details, and supporting with Human Resources and office management tasks. Other duties include maintaining files and client records, adding docs to Google drive, shop for office supplies, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Attention to detail. (Seriously, very attentive to details!)
Passion for administration.
Good with computers (We use Macs, Google Drive, and web-based billing and scheduling software).
Love of learning.
Flexibility.
Enjoy collaboration.
Good communication skills.
